"You arrived on my desk".So says "Charles" (not his real name) in his interview with Bill Ryan, as to how the two came to meet. Ryan and Charles spend two hours in an interview, with Charles' back to the camera, ostensibly to talk about the rulers of the world. There was precious little in the way of specific facts about the ruling group. The conversation focused on Charles' life and his bona fides, liberally spiced with statements which could be construed as insider knowledge.
Clouding the interview atmosphere was the fact that Ryan had behind him five months of conversations with Charles, most of which was not to be divulged. Charles brought his own smoke machine along; he said his reason for talking on camera was that he wanted to "kick them in the nuts" - because, he said, "I can". Curiously, Charles sometimes used the pronoun "we" when referring to the nutted ones. The usage could have been a slip of the familiar tongue however he gave no satisfactory explanation as to why he breached his loyalty. There were insinuations made by both he and Bill; for instance, Charles had a terminal illness, Charles' background check of Ryan gave him pause, Charles made use of a unidentified machine that changed him, Charles had been groomed at an early age and recruited by a fascist organization. Perhaps any one or the sum of these are the explanation but without a clear statement of reckoning, one is left to wonder.
Alas, this is the problem with whistleblowers of the did-see-hear-say kind. They can be helpful when trying to piece together conspiracies. They can also confound us because we are given no evidence to support the information other than the words and theories of their peers and contemporaries.
Another of the troublesome issues with Ryan's presentation were Ryan's statements of reliance upon journalistic tradition in producing this effort. Journalistic tradition has not served humanity effectively. Journalistic tradition pervades the education system and, as Charles points out, the education of the masses ("hamburgers-on-legs") is a failure, a joke, a means of control.
Nevertheless, for the curious human being, interviews such as this provide opportunities to consider what might be the intentions, the opinions, the plans, the activities, and most intriguingly, the secrets of the humans whose knowledge and fortunes outdistance other humans. There are truths told, dots connected and considerations otherwise unconsidered. With that in mind, here are Charles' revelations:
Humanity is an extra terrestrial experiment created and subsequently left to develop under a principle of non-interference. No details were given, Charles does not know who the extra terrestrials are.
There is a group of 33 "gentlemen", representing 33 bloodlines (think of them as "nations" said Charles), who manage humanity as if it were a corporation. They plan the course of future events, and have been so engaged since the pyramid age. No details.
There are another 427 relevant bloodlines (controlled by the 33). No details.
Control and use of knowledge (all disciplines / historical, current and future possibilities) is the source of their power.
Money is irrelevant except that it is a means to wield power.
The first shoot-down of an extra terrestrial craft was a "lucky hit", subsequent hits were (back) engineered. (It seems from the conversation that these extra terrestrials are not the founding principals.) Extra terrestrial encounter was not planned by either party. No other details.
There is a "base" on Mars (no specifics, unclear as to whether human or extra terrestrial).
The moon has secrets too (again, no specifics except something about bringing "it" back).
The solar system is binary, Nibiru exists, there will be a pole shift, however there will only be small effects (electromagnetic interruptions) from these. 2012 is a hoax.
There will not be a nuclear war because it would ruin the planet (however mistakes have been know to occur).
A false flag alien appearance is planned, using terrestrial advanced technology such as the mile-long aero-vehicle that splits into triangles.
The Georgia Guidestones are a manifesto.
The 33 have determined that the human herd must be culled and they consider it their responsibility to initiate and direct the process, ergo genetically modified crops and food and water additives. Some discussion regarding survival options; opportunities to survive for non-combatives with farming skills and those with the ability to cooperate with the farmers.
There will be a one-world financial system. However nations, cultures and sexuality will continue to be used as means to divide and conquer the (remaining, it is assumed) masses.
Sequential unfolding of events is the preferred method of system delivery by the 33. If too many people figure out one of the plans ahead of time, it will be changed.
70% (sometimes up to 90%) of the information conveyed by the alternative media is disinformation.
According to Ryan and Charles, the 33 firmly believe that it is their duty to manage humanity and to implement the necessary steps to downsize, streamline and perfect the human experiment. Ryan hopes to convince the 33, by means of this interview and supplemental material, that there is a "another way" (See "
A Personal Message from Bill Ryan".) Charles' intention is to give Ryan that opportunity.
Both professed concern as to how their effort would be received by the 33. Ryan's seemed genuine.
Ryan goes on to ask his listeners/readers to shift to a higher consciousness, lift their vibrations and visualize a better world. These are fine ideas. In fact, such efforts may be accomplished by those who have access to his videos. But will they be able and willing to lift all of humanity with their spiritual muscles? Ryan says he wants to, and I believe him. Do his followers want to include all of humanity? Can they?
Dare it be asked for all of mankind to join in a spiritual exercise which for centuries has not otherwise worked for them, or if it did work, it was with sporadic or temporary results? Humanity - the good, honest, hardworking, compassionate, brave, patient, kind and long-suffering - has been praying for a golden age since the last one. Were their methods in error?
In the land of In God We Trust alone, there are over 40 million claimants for food stamps. With an average number of 2 dependents each, that adds up to 120 million currently dependent on the 33 (who control governments and institutions) for their daily bread. These are people who can barely visualize a hearty meal - nevermind one without the food additives that instantly dull and cumulatively destroy their minds, bodies and spirits. There are millions of homeless, growing by the daily foreclosures. Their visions are for a warm bed of their own rather than a cold cot at the shelter or floor space at cousin Harriet's. What of the millions of under- and unemployed and those who are deprived of effective medical and dental assistance? One can not lift their own vibration, shift consciousness or visualize away their own backache or toothache. We have not been granted leave to evolve down those avenues of remedy. It is doubtful that many of the 33 could pull off such a feat.
Humanity is in a helluva pickle. A herd with 33 owners and 427 shepherd groups is not workable model, particularly when the value of the herd is 2% of the total net worth.
The great American experiment shows us how the 33 treat their prized livestock. It demonstrates the methods they use to run their planetary corporation and what happens to those humans who are no longer useful or needed for backup operations in the big machine. Some humans were never, ever given a chance. Some tried and failed because the burden was made deliberately heavy - for sport and profit. At this point in history, many are being hung out to dry on a credit card, a service sector job or at a food bank. Some are using their final prayer breaths to propel their children to safety, their own lives spent. Humans come and go on this planet never knowing the possibility of a better way of life for themselves or their children. Granted, there are some who don't, won't or can't care - but these are not the problem nor are they a majority (though the numbers rapidly grow by manufactured design).
Americans were the ones who allegedly had the best opportunities ever in the history of the planet. For a few minutes perhaps in the decades from 1950s through the 1970s. Then the fine tunes of social engineering were engaged; consumerism and military conquest became our way of life. Those who were entrusted to lead humanity decided instead to enslave it, make sport of it, and create a disposable society. Faithful followers mortgaged their faith for real and personal property they would never own free and clear, and for promises of personal fulfillment that never materialized. (Remember on-site childcare and the at-home or four-day work week, folks?)
Visions, vibrational adjustments and consciousness shifts are ideals for those who can manage proper care and maintenance of the body, mind and spirit. Right about now, the figure for that sector of the world population is probably hovering right around the Georgia Guidestones mark. Hopefully the marked ones will find the task of serving the 33 via the 427 not disagreeable. Otherwise, they will find themselves quite alone and defenseless and, even with proper food and medical attention, their spirits will suffer. We are not as evolved as we think we are.
Ryan went on to film an hour long
commentary as a follow-up to the interview. My assessment of the interview and my opinion remain unchanged. Ryan's work is valuable and his heart in the right place as they say. But there is a blind spot in his field of vision: The rulers have no intention of giving up control (one is given "20 seconds" to make a point, said Charles). No amount of spiritual muscle has thus far convinced them to do so.
For all we know and have seen evidenced in the history of religion, we could be praying to their gods.
