Poor Arnold

After all the work by Congresses and all the ravings of conspiracy theorists, he screwed up (or around to be more accurate) and lost out on his chance to become president.

Looking at the congressional records online since the 107th Congress, below is a list of attempts to change the 22nd Amendment. The list of articles that attended the 'Arnold as President' meme are as numerous as the stars in the sky and therefore won't be referenced.
